Tisa Line – practical solutions for floor care and application

Tisa Line was created to meet a clear need: reliable products and tools that perform well in everyday use without being unnecessarily expensive.

Our many years of experience with wooden flooring, oils, hardwax oils, maintenance and professional floor treatment have taught us which properties products and tools require. The Tisa Line range therefore combines our own solutions with carefully selected professional products that we use for maintenance and renovation work.

The focus is on practical use, dependable value for money and products that complement each other as part of a complete treatment system.

Eco Multi Cleaner for normal cleaning

Tisa Line Eco Multi Cleaner is intended for normal daily or weekly cleaning of hard surfaces. Its pH-neutral formula can be used on surfaces including parquet, oiled and waxed wood, laminate, natural stone, marble, tiles, tables and furniture.

Our maintenance plans make a deliberate distinction between cleaning and conditioning. Products containing oil, wax or conditioning soap support the protective finish but may not remove all everyday dirt. Eco Multi Cleaner is therefore an important addition to regular floor care.

Available versions include:

• Tisa Line Eco Multi Cleaner Spray

Always use a suitable, well-wrung mop on floors and avoid making wooden surfaces excessively wet.

Brushes, rollers and cotton cloths

A good finish starts with the correct application materials. An unsuitable brush or roller may leave too much oil, hardwax oil, lacquer or stain on the surface. This can cause visible marks, uneven sheen and considerably longer drying times.

The range includes:

• Tisa Line professional flat brushes

• Professional oil and lacquer rollers

• Mini rollers for smaller surfaces

• Cotton cloths for removing surplus oil

• Paint trays, disposable tray liners and other practical accessories

Always select tools that match the product, surface and required coating thickness. Oil-based products must not be left as a thick or wet layer on the timber.

Pads for cleaning, oiling and polishing

Floor pads are available in different colours, sizes and levels of abrasiveness. Each version has a different purpose. The correct choice depends on the floor, the product being applied and the required treatment.

• Rectangular hand pads measuring 12 × 25 cm

• 16-inch hook-and-loop sanding discs

White and beige pads are generally used for fine maintenance, spreading products and polishing. Red pads provide a slightly stronger action. Green and black pads are more abrasive and should only be used on surfaces capable of withstanding intensive treatment.

Always test an unfamiliar pad on an inconspicuous area first. A pad that is too abrasive can damage a sensitive floor or cause unwanted differences in sheen.

Floorboy machines and accessories

The range includes several Floorboy machines and matching accessories for mechanical cleaning, oiling, buffing and polishing.

• Floorservice Floorboy XL300

• Floorservice Floorboy XL450

• Drive plate for the Floorboy XL300 and XL450

The Floorboy XL300 is a manageable machine suitable for domestic and light professional use. The larger XL450 is intended for more intensive work and larger surfaces.

Depending on the selected pad or brush, these machines can be used for working oil into wood, buffing wax, light polishing and cleaning suitable hard floors.

Always select the correct combination of machine, drive plate, pad, brush and maintenance product.

Sanding and renovation materials

The range includes various sanding materials, mesh discs and specialist pads for preparing, keying and renovating surfaces.

Always use an appropriate sequence of abrasive grits. Do not begin unnecessarily coarse and avoid skipping large steps between grit sizes. Completely remove all sanding dust before applying oil, hardwax oil, lacquer or another finish.

Not every abrasive is suitable for every machine or surface. Always check the diameter, attachment method and recommended application before use.
