Microfibre disc for collecting dirt and moisture

Loosening dirt is only part of machine floor cleaning: the residue also needs to be removed. The white Osmo microfibre disc collects dirt and moisture when used with a compatible floor machine.

Use it for damp cleaning or to lift residue after dirt has been loosened. The pad can be washed and reused.

Which size do you need?

Before ordering, check the pad diameter and attachment required by your floor machine. The microfibre disc must fit its pad holder correctly.

The 13 inch version fits the Osmo FloorXcenter. For other machines, follow the machine manufacturer's size recommendations.

How to use the microfibre disc

1. Remove loose dust and grit before cleaning.

2. Attach the pad as instructed in your machine manual. Switch off and unplug the machine before changing pads.

3. Choose a cleaning product suitable for the floor finish and follow its stated dilution.

4. Work in manageable sections and collect loosened dirt and moisture promptly.

5. Rinse the pad during use or replace it with a clean one when it becomes dirty.

Please note: a wooden floor can still become too wet when using an absorbent pad. Use moisture sparingly, avoid puddles and test the cleaning method in an inconspicuous area first.

Our recommendation for weekly floor cleaning

For normal weekly hygienic cleaning, we recommend Eco Multi Cleaner. Follow the dilution instructions and the care requirements of your floor.

Use Osmo Wash and Care for periodic care of suitable floors. Adjust any additional maintenance to the level of use and the condition of the surface.

Cleaning and storing the pad

Remove the pad from the machine after use, rinse it thoroughly and allow it to dry. For machine washing, follow the care instructions supplied with your particular pad.

Do not leave the FloorXcenter resting on a used, damp pad after cleaning. This can distort the pad and affect its performance.
