Osmo insert trays for the small paint tray – pack of 10

This pack contains 10 transparent insert trays for the small paint tray supplied with the 100 mm Osmo Roller and Brush Set. Place an insert inside the existing tray before pouring in Polyx-Oil, wood oil, wood stain or another compatible finishing product.

The finishing product is held inside the removable insert instead of coming into direct contact with the original paint tray. This helps keep the main tray clean, reduces cleaning after application and allows you to start the next job with a clean insert.

Please note: this pack contains 10 insert trays only. The small paint tray, roller, roller frame, brush and other components of the roller set are not included.

Designed for the small 100 mm Osmo Roller Set

These inserts are specifically designed for the small paint tray supplied with the Osmo 100 mm Roller and Brush Set.

They fit the small 100 mm roller system and are not suitable for the large paint tray supplied with the 250 mm Osmo Floor Roller Set. Always check the size of your existing paint tray before ordering.

How to use the insert tray

Place one clean insert securely inside the small paint tray before starting work. Check that it fits correctly and cannot move while loading the roller.

Pour a small, suitable quantity of finishing product into the insert. Distribute the product evenly across the roller and avoid overloading it. Always follow the application instructions supplied with the oil, Polyx-Oil or wood stain being used.

When changing to a different product or colour, use a new, clean insert whenever possible. This helps prevent residues from different finishes or colours being mixed together.

Dispose of remaining product, used inserts and cleaning materials in accordance with the instructions on the product packaging and applicable local regulations.
